SSPA/Approval Process

• Inclusive community outreach (on-going)

• Approvals of SSPA by Board of Supervisors (12 months)

• Rezoning + CDP/FDP approval (typically 9-12 months, may be concurrent with SSPA)

• Engineered site plan and permitting admnistrative provess (12 months)

Construction Timeline

• At the earliest, construction would be begin 2 to 2.5 years from now (2025)
