Yes; currently the proposed plan includes townhomes, stacked townhomes (also known as two-over-twos), and condominiums, all of which will be sold to individual homeowners. The proposed multifamily buildings are both rental apartment properties.

Yes. Affordable housing units will be provided in for-sale and for-rental housing types and will meet or exceed the County’s zoning ordinance requirements.
